Hi, My name is Jenn and this is my health inspirtation blog. I am 18 years old, and I do cheerleading. My goal is to get toned and healthy. My CW is around 145. My first GW is 135, then my second GW is 125. Let's hope I get there! I hope my blog will inspire you to get healthy and toned because right NOW is the best time to get in shape, while you're still young. I won't be dieting, but I will be watching what I eat, and cutting out junk/processed stuff. Today's society relies on only processed food and it's sad. That is why it's my goal to eat whole healthy foods, and exercise every day. Except Friday. That's cheat day :) I will post some personal pics, but it will mostly be inspiration pictures.
